How do I know
my order is secure? City Morgue Gift Shop (CMGS) enlisted the
assistance of G7 Productivity Systems in the creation of the Secure
Shopping Cart System. It is designed with 128-bit SSL encryption. At no
time will your personal or credit card information ever be transmitted
through cyberspace un-protected. Once you start add the first item to your
shopping cart, the session becomes secure. A dedicated link between you
and the shopping cart system is formed.

I give you my info, you won't "Spam" me, right? Right. The only
reason for collecting your information is for the purpose of processing
your order. That all. We respect the privacy of our customers. We will not
sell, rent, or release any information about you to anyone for any reason.

How
long will it take to get my order? In most cases, your order is
processed within 24-48 hours and shipped. Average time from shipping date
to your door is about 1 week (domestic bound only). International orders
will take longer. If for some reason, an item you ordered is out of stock,
we will make every attempt to fill your order quickly and completely.

Do
you ship outside of the United States? Yes, we do ship outside
the U.S.. However, we will not ship to Nigeria, South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines,
Thailand or Singapore. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any
reason. This includes suspicion of credit card fraud.

Can
I pay by PayPal? Absolutely. You can use the link provided on
the order confirmation page or the link provided in the confirmation
e-mail that you will receive shortly after placing your order.

How
long do I have you make a PayPal payment for my order? We hold
orders for two weeks. If payment is not received after two weeks, it will
be canceled.

I
didn't receive a confirmation E-mail, What gives? The two most common possibilities
for this would be:
A) You did not click the final "submit your order" button and
reach the order confirmation page during the ordering process.

B) The e-mail address you provided was incorrect.

How will my order
be shipped? By default, your order will be shipped Priority Mail®
through the United States Post Office. You may choose to ship via UPS
(United Parcel Service). We recommend Priority Mail® for orders
under 7 pounds and UPS for orders over 7 pounds. City Morgue Gift Shop may
change the shipping choice in some circumstances, to provide a more economical
choice for the customer.

I ordered the wrong
size, Can I return it? We do offer returns and exchanges.
However, you will be responsible for postage to return the item as well as
the shipping cost on the replacement item. Refunds will be granted for the
cost of the item(s) only. Items returned for credit or refund must be in
original condition with original packaging. No refunds on shipping
and handling.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do? If
your order arrives at your door damaged. Notify us via e-mail () within 48 hours of the delivery time and we will
replace the item(s). We will send a call tag for the package to be picked up
and returned to us. As soon as the damaged item(s) are
returned to CMGS, we will send identical replacements.
